work
I started selling cars in 1997 and quickly developed a passion for both the automotive industry and understanding people. In 2005, I was recognized as one of the top DaimlerChrysler sales professionals in the country.
As the internet began transforming retail automotive, I became fascinated by the emerging digital space. Entirely self-taught, I transitioned into internet operations and digital marketing, eventually becoming recognized by multiple companies as one of the top Internet Managers in the industry and being invited to speak and participate at NADA events.
From there, I was recruited to Texas to lead eCommerce operations for a dealer group. Because of my experience and results in retail automotive, I was later recruited into a SUBARU Digital Strategist role, working directly with Subaru of America, regional teams, zone offices, and dealerships across the country.
In 2011, I founded 3GEngagement, a digital marketing agency originally focused exclusively on automotive dealerships. Through several large-scale projects working directly with major automotive manufacturers, our work began attracting attention outside the automotive industry — particularly within the restaurant space.
Today, automotive remains a core part of our business, but we also work with restaurant brands ranging from single-location independents to companies with more than 500 locations nationwide.
Because of my lifelong passion for fly fishing and the outdoors, we’ve also had the opportunity to work with some of the top fly shops and outdoor brands in the country, along with a wide variety of small and large businesses around the world.
What started as curiosity about the internet and digital strategy has grown into a company built around creativity, relationships, adaptability, and helping brands connect with people in meaningful ways.
